We kicked off bright and early at 6:30am, welcomed by a mob of local kangaroos, before getting straight into the earthworks.

Today was all about continuing the site cut and shaping the house pad, guest house pad and shed pad for what is going to be an incredible property.

It's a serious cut-and-fill job, too — all up we've had to move over 700m³ of soil to cut and fill the three levels that the house pad, guest house pad and shed pad sit on.

This project is no small feat — a stunning seven-bedroom, five-bathroom family home, complete with a guest house and a large shed. It's exciting to see it all starting to take shape, knowing this is the foundation for someone's dream home.
