Spoil removal (cart-away) is usually around $2,000 on top, quoted as its own line. Heavy hinterland rock or canal-front dewatering is priced separately. Always priced after a free site visit — never blind phone quotes.
Local rock note: Highland Park sits on a mix of clay over weathered shale, with rock pockets on the elevated blocks closer to Worongary. Most digs are clay; the higher blocks can need rock breaking.
