POOL DIG $3,500 – $7,000 + ~$2,000 SPOIL — GREENBANK
The excavation runs $3,500–$7,000 depending on size and rock — sandy, easy-access blocks sit at the lower end, rocky or tight-access blocks at the top. Spoil removal (cart-away) is usually around $2,000 on top, quoted as its own line. Heavy hinterland rock or canal-front dewatering is priced separately. Always priced after a free site visit — never blind phone quotes.
Local rock note: Greenbank blocks are typically deep clay soils over weathered rock, with sandstone and floaters showing up on the higher, sloping acreage. Larger blocks often need balanced cut-and-fill and engineered compaction before slab work, and we almost always recommend a site visit to price rock and fill accurately.
