We always estimate likely hours upfront so you can budget — and we'll stop and talk before blowing past the estimate.
Local rock note: Tugun is predominantly coastal sand over reactive clay, with the water table sitting close to the surface on lower blocks toward the creek. Rock is uncommon — access and dewatering are the typical challenges.
