Do you work directly with builders?

Yes — we work with both registered builders and owner-builders. We coordinate with your engineer, slab crew and surveyor so the dig is ready when the next trade arrives.

How accurate are your final levels?

We trim to the engineer's tolerance — typically +/- 20mm for the bulk pad and tighter for footings. GPS grading and laser checks on every job.

Can you handle the soil testing report and contour plan?

We work from whatever site info you have — soil test, contour survey, engineer's drawings. If you don't have these yet, we can recommend the surveyors and engineers we trust on the Coast.

Do you do horse arena and stable pad prep?

Yes — arena bases, stable pads, sand spreading and compaction are all part of our work. We've done multiple equestrian properties across the Currumbin and Tallebudgera valleys.

Can you do retaining wall benching on steep Currumbin Valley blocks?

Yes — bench cuts for retaining walls on the steep valley slopes are regular work. We build retaining walls up to 1 metre ourselves; for the taller engineered walls these steep blocks usually need, we coordinate with your retaining wall trade so the bench is finished to their requirement.
