Tight-access excavation and site prep along a fence line — brought down to level and cleared, ready for concreting.
The Challenge
The work area ran along a fence line in a confined residential block where a full-size machine wouldn't fit. It needed to be excavated and trimmed accurately down to the correct level for concreting, with all the spoil loaded out so the site was left clean for the next trade.
How We Approached It
