Steep hinterland block — 1.8m cut with retaining wall bench prep. Boulder breaking required for the lower bench.

The Challenge

1.8m cut into a steep slope required engineer-designed batter and retaining wall combination. Lower bench area had buried boulders — couldn't be quoted from the street.

How We Approached It
